What a great start to the school year! It has been wonderful to see our Panthers settling into their routines, working hard, and learning new things each day. There is already so much to celebrate at North Jackson!
We are especially excited to recognize Mrs. Auten as our Teacher of the Year and Ms. Neese as our Support Person of the Year! Both are wonderful examples of the caring and dedicated staff members who make North Jackson such a special place for our students and families. We are so proud to celebrate them!
As we continue into the school year, please remember how important it is for students to arrive at school on time and ready to learn each day. Every minute of instruction matters, and we want our students here and ready to make the most of each school day.
We also appreciate your help keeping our arrival and dismissal procedures safe. Please do not pass other vehicles in the car rider line. Some of our students enter and exit from the opposite side of the car, so it is important that everyone moves with the line and remains alert. Thank you for your patience and for helping us keep all of our Panthers safe!
Finally, we are excited to begin welcoming families for parent lunches after Labor Day! One of the things that makes North Jackson so special is our strong sense of community, and I can't wait to see our atrium filled with families spending time with their children.
