We’re excited to share the benefits of our Extended Learning Time (ELT) program, which begins promptly at 7:45 AM each school day for students in Kindergarten through 4th Grades and 1:45 PM for our 5th grade students. ELT is a crucial segment of our day dedicated to addressing individual student needs through targeted small group instruction. Whether your child needs support to bridge learning gaps or opportunities to advance their skills, our dedicated teachers will be there to provide personalized attention for your child. To ensure your child makes the most of this valuable time, it’s essential that they arrive at school on time and are ready to start learning as soon as ELT begins. Homework, especially practicing reading and math at home, is really important for elementary school kids. Regular reading helps improve their skills, fluency, and confidence, while practicing math strengthens their understanding of key concepts. Both are essential for building a strong academic foundation. Homework also teaches kids responsibility and time management, and it gives parents the chance to stay involved in their learning.
