1st Grade

Welcome to First Grade at North Jackson Elementary!

We are so excited for you to be with us during this amazing year of learning!  We are dedicated to helping build upon the foundation that began in kindergarten and will extend through the year in first grade.  We will learn new math concepts, phonics skills to enhance reading skills, and learn to write and publish stories.  The first grade team is dedicated to provide engaging learning opportunities and a positive learning environment so that our students gain a love of learning that will last a lifetime.
